Upon learning of the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation’s support of quality patient care, many people ask how they can help; and we let them know there are many ways individuals can support the Foundation’s efforts. Contributions to the Foundation in support of our hospitals and other entities can be made in many ways: The Foundation has developed several events (Art of Caring, Cardiac Classic) to raise funds for specific programs, offering opportunities for individuals and corporate sponsors to support worthwhile causes and have fun while doing so. Gifts to the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation can be made in the form of cash, a check or credit card. Such gifts are tax deductible as allowed by law. The Foundation also can accommodate monthly giving plans through automatic drafts from checking accounts. Donations can be made to a specific program or to wherever the need is greatest. If you wish to remember a friend or family member who has passed away, you may do so by making a donation in his or her memory. This is a wonderful way to honor that person and help enhance patient care at the same time. Gifts made in honor of an individual or in recognition of a special occasion express what words alone often cannot. Such gifts are important sources of support for the Foundation’s programs. If you would like more information or wish to make a contribution, please call the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation at 901-227-7123 or 800-895-4483, or write to: Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation 350 N. Our Stories The Foundation helps people entrusted to our care who benefit from technology and services supported by Foundation funding. We present just a few stories here. |
Help Make Our House a Home
In 2007, Baptist Memorial Health Care launched a landmark campaign to build our region’s first residential hospice. Thanks to our community’s overwhelming and generous support, the Our House Is Your House campaign raised more than $12 million, and in the summer of 2010, the doors of the Baptist Trinity Hospice House and Kemmons Wilson Family Center for Good Grief will open.
Our mission to provide compassionate, end-of-life care in a peaceful setting is ongoing, and now we need your help to make Our House feel even more like home.
Thank you again for helping make our house a home |
