What We Do
College 01

Baptist College of Health Sciences

With a tradition of providing one of the finest educations in the tri-state area of Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi for nursing students and allied health students, Baptist College has experienced unprecedented growth recently. We've come a long way since graduating our first class of 33 baccalaureate students in 1999.

The Baptist Cancer Genetics Program has provided adult cancer genetic counseling services to the Memphis area and the Mid-South. Cancer genetic counselors help to identify patients who have hereditary risks for cancer, coordinate genetic testing, and participate as part of the oncology team.

Nursing/Medical Camp

Nursing/Medical Camps

Working alongside real nurses in Baptist Memorial hospitals, teens can see the true world of nursing. From caring for patients to participating in real nursing classes, campers get to see what it is really like to work in health care.

Using actual patient data and life-size graphics, VERT can reproduce almost every scenario virtually in the classroom. Students can take their time to learn and ask questions.

Universal Parenting Place (UPP)
